We’re unbelievably grateful for the hard work and heart he has put into our home. From his unreal organization skills, amazing communication, wealth of expertise, deep respect from the every tradesperson we met, and the build efficiency, we would recommend Mike to anyone.
  We have been in our home now for nearly two years and it has been a dream come true.
  Frankly, Mike is the reason for why we are so happy with everything. He should teach workshops to other home builders to show them how it’s done.
  During the build and in the two years we’ve been here, anytime we’ve ever had a question, Mike answers almost immediately. If there’s ever been something of concern, he has the related “trade” dealing with it within the hour. I’m not exaggerating this. He was always right in the mix with the trades, getting into the attic, going through and cleaning things, marking the house for imperfections to remedy - to the degree that when it came to our final walk through we had such a small list because I swear he cares more about the final product than the homeowner. Another thing we appreciated so much about him is that his finishes are so much nicer than the standard builder. These are often small details, but they make a HUGE impact in the final product. 
We have been so impressed with how he conducts his business that we have referred two others to build with him, too. (My mother and father and my colleague at work.) And we still tell everyone I meet to build with him because he’s that good. His business is like finding a rare diamond in a coal mine. I can’t imagine a better experience.
  And I know this may be dramatic, but my wife refused to work with a contractor that said “no”. She's a believer that anything can be done, it may just require some thinking outside of the box. And Mike never once said “no” to us. In my wife's words, "He put up with my crazy last minute ideas (which were constant…sorry Mike! lol)".
  Every person that comes through our home is blown away but the beauty of it, and we have Mike to thank for making that happen.

• AR built our new home in 2020 and the experience was phenomenal. Building a custom home is lots of work on the homeowner side as well in choosing everything. Mike was patient and answered our thousands of questions providing us both advice and honest comments on the different options. Mike is meticulous and pays attention to every detail. He often noticed little things to be repaired we would never had noticed and this is the kind of service you can expect. Even after we built Mike takes the time to answer our questions and point out different things we aren't sure about or maintenance we should be performing. Definitely the best company in the region for a custom home and some nice spec homes as well! Not the "big company" experience where you are one of hundreds of builds and don't matter you get a customized and personal experience. We couldn't be happier in our new home and with the build experience.

• We chose AR homes as our contractor after seeing Mike’s spec home.  We loved the floor plan and it also displayed the excellent workmanship he strives for in his custom built homes. He was very easy to work with, pleasant and very accommodating.  We wanted unique items in our home,  it wasn’t a problem and they turned out amazing.  It was a pleasure dealing with him on everything.  He definitely AIMS to please. • In 2021 we were fortunate enough to have built our dream home with AR Homes and we could not have been happier with the whole experience! We approached Mike with an idea and vision as to what we would like to build and he took our plan and elevated it to a level we could not have imagined. His focus to detail during the final drafting stages, all the way through construction, was an absolute pleasure to deal with! Mike’s experience and knowledge with what seemed to be endless in all areas was very comforting as a buyer to know that his intentions from day one are to ensure that we were happy with every step of the process. We would randomly stop by to see the progress on the home at all times during a week and more often than not run into Mike going through the home meticulously identifying a deficiency that we would never have seen or known and having it repaired before we returned on our next visit. Our home has many features we have never seen or had before and Mike is still more than accommodating to answer and help us walk through any questions we have.  With AR Homes being a relatively new company I am excited to see where Mike and his team can take it! A truly professional group of people that allow the home buyers to enjoy the whole experience from start to finish without any headaches or concerns. Building with AR Homes and being able to experience the true workmanship and team concept Mike has developed amongst his contractors is something that is not mentioned too often nowadays. • It's been about 2 years since we met Mike.  We knew very little about AR Homes at that time.  Mike invited us to see a couple of his houses that were under construction.  He took his time with us, explained how he liked to do things and answered all our questions.  We were sold.  Building with AR homes has been one of the best decisions we have ever made.  Mike is very well organized.  Despite supply chain issues at the time, everything proceeded smoothly.  The lines of communication were always open.  If we had any questions, we received timely answers and expert advice when we needed it.  Mike gave us alot of great suggestions also.
